Return and Exchange Policy
Scope of Application
This policy applies to all PCBA products ordered through the SCSPCBA website.
Return and Exchange Conditions
After receiving the product, customers can apply for return and exchange if they find the following situations:
The product has manufacturing defects or quality problems;
The product does not match the order, including differences in model, specifications, quantity, etc.
Return and Exchange Period
Customers should apply for return and exchange within 7 days after receiving the product, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
Return and Exchange Process
Application: Customers submit return and exchange applications through the customer service channel of the SCSPCBA website, and need to provide order number, product problem description and relevant proof (such as photos).
Review
SCSPCBA will review the application within 3 working days after receiving the application, and notify the customer of the review results by email or phone.
Return Product
After the review is passed, the customer needs to send the product back to the address specified by SCSPCBA to ensure that the product and its packaging are intact.
Processing
SCSPCBA will complete the return and exchange process within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct.
Notes
- The returned product should be kept in its original state, including all accessories, instructions, labels, etc., and the outer packaging should be intact.
- SCSPCBA has the right to reject the return and exchange application if the product is damaged, has signs of use, or has missing accessories due to customer reasons.
- Customized products (products produced according to customer specific requirements) will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.
Cost Description
For returns and exchanges due to product quality problems or SCSPCBA reasons, the return freight shall be borne by SCSPCBA.
For returns and exchanges due to personal reasons of the customer (not product quality problems), the consent of SCSPCBA is required, and the return freight shall be borne by the customer.
Refund Method
The refund will be returned to the customer’s prepaid account at SCSPCBA, and the customer can choose to continue to purchase other products or apply for cash withdrawal.
