Between the mountains and fields, start a journey of gathering hearts and minds

To further enhance team cohesion and release work pressure, the company organized an unforgettable “Two Days and One Night Qingyuan Team Building Activities”. In the nature surrounded by mountains and rivers, we not only experienced the off-road project with soaring adrenaline, but also deepened our trust and tacit understanding through a series of creative expansion games. It’s a journey of collaboration, happiness, challenges and growth.

Time: July 5-6, 2025

Day 1 · Fun Expansion and Mountain Off-road Vehicle

At 9 a.m., 50 friends gathered at the company on time to board the bus heading to Qingyuan.

In the car, the partners showed their talents, sang, recited poems, and set out with expectations and laughter.

Afternoon Team Building Activities

After more than three hours of driving, we arrived in Qingyuan smoothly at 12:30 noon and enjoyed a sumptuous lunch there. After a short break, the team-building activity officially kicked off.

Under the organization of the team-building coach, we conducted warm-up activities and divided into three teams. Each team named itself, designed slogans and team songs, and presented them one by one. Cheers, applause, and creative competitions quickly ignited the enthusiasm of the scene.

Then, we entered the expansion game session:

• “Target Market”：Group collaboration around the “target” to train everyone’s ability to stay focused and execute efficiently under pressure;

• “Teamwork”: The two partners challenged “using hands and feet” in the instructions, and the scene was full of laughter, which enhanced the cooperation and tacit understanding between colleagues;

Off-road mountain experience

The highlight of the afternoon was the “mountain off-road vehicle” driving experience. Each colleague transformed into a “flying knight” and galloped on the rugged forest track under the guidance of the coach, feeling the thrill of speed and passion.

Evening party, fireworks and music

At 6pm, everyone gathered at the open-air barbecue site to start a relaxing self-service barbecue party. The fragrant barbecue, cheerful karaoke, and interesting interview sessions made people feel like they were in a resort.

As night fell, we danced and laughed around the campfire. 50 colleagues held hands and swayed to the music, and the atmosphere was warm and touching. This was not only a relaxation, but also a connection between the team’s hearts.

Check in hotel

At 8:30pm, we took a car to the hotel to check in and ended this fulfilling and wonderful day.

Day 2

Qingyuan Gulong Gorge Rafting

After breakfast, we set off for the famous Qingyuan Gulong Gorge Rafting Scenic Area to start the long-awaited cool adventure. The rapids and screams flew together, the water splashes and laughter intertwined, and the 1-hour rafting allowed everyone to experience the excitement of “overcoming nature” and the team’s trust.

Xiaojiangbei Cruise

After changing into dry clothes, everyone took a car to Xiaojiangbei Cruise and started a food tour on the river. During lunch, the boat slowly passed the ancient buildings along the river, as if it was a journey through time. With the breeze blowing on the face and the food in front of them, everyone chatted about yesterday’s off-road in a comfortable manner, and wrote down the short and beautiful quiet time on the boat.

At 2:30 pm, the event ended successfully and we boarded the return bus to Shenzhen. On the bus, everyone reviewed the past two days, shared photos, and exchanged feelings, with satisfaction and emotion on their faces.

Team building is the best energy supply for enterprises

Although the two-day and one-night team building was short, it was fruitful. It not only strengthened the communication and collaboration among colleagues, but also injected new energy into everyone in the intense work rhythm.

Whether it was the shouting in the mountain hurricane or the quietness in the bonfire party, it witnessed our team growing in laughter and moving forward in challenges.
